Five Judge Special Bench consisting of Chief Justice and four other Judges of the the Calcutta High Court has passed an order in W P No 5323(W) of 2020 (Court on its own motion) that all interim orders passed by High Court, subordinate Courts and Tribunals in West Bengal and Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which were subsisting on March 16, 2020 and which have expired or will expire on or before April 9, 2020, will stand extended till April 30, 2020, unless otherwise ordered.
