Well versed with Arbitration proceeding, NI Act, EPs, Knowledge of process for Consumer and Criminal Cases
Additional requirement
Expertise in operating Ms-Word and Ms-Excel.
Profile
To file the cases under various laws i.e. (Sec. 138 NI ACT, Arbitration, Sec. 406 & 420 of Cr. P.C.). To conduct Lok Adalats, Mediation / Conciliation camps, coordinate with Police/ Repossession, delinquent customer visits. To appear, defend and follow up for cases for / against company. Proactively coordinate with Collections Team for legal recoveries.To maintain MIS for cases.
Legal MIS coordinator (Grd- Ex/Sr.Ex) for Indore, prefer candidate having law graduate or pursuing LL.B.
