About the Organisation

HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) was incorporated on 18th September 2013, as a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and state Government of Rajasthan (GOR) with equity participation of 74% and 26% as well.

The project involves setting up of a Greenfield 9 MMTPA refinery cum petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Barmer district of Rajasthan. The project is expected to be mechanically completed within 4 years from the last date of receipt of all statutory approvals.
