Arbitration in India and the United States

The central theme of the webinar will be based on the arbitration trends in India and the USA with a special emphasis on the drafting of arbitration clause. As we all know that, in present era, the business around the globe totally vary from each other where most of the countries are law-focused and a lot of the factors are to be considered in doing business between them which are the result of stringent rules and policies shared mutually so it is between The United States and India.

Whenever any dispute arises between any entities belonging to either of the countries, they never get settled easily, but nowadays the disputes are inevitable and are increasing as the businesses around both the Countries are growing.

As a part of the webinar, the Panelists will discuss the basics of arbitration and focus on drafting an effective arbitration clause in both the United States and India.
