- 0-6 Months Post-Qualification Experience
Responsibilities
- Drafting and pleading of suits, appeals, writs, insolvency petitions, consumer complaints, company petitions, arbitration claims, matrimonial petitions, execution petitions, criminal complaints, written statements, replications, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notices, etc.
- Appearing regularly before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, RERA, Arbitration Tribunals, District Courts of Delhi, etc and Providing legal opinions and advisory to clients.
