Essential Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s in law from recognized University Similarly, recent and updated knowledge is Essential.
- 10-15Years working experience as Legal Officer in any co-operative bank.
- Preference will be given to experience of handling— (i) Recovery under Section 91 & 101 of MCS Act 1960 & Recovery of debt under SARFAESI ACT. (ii) Matter relating to DRT/DRAT/ HIGH COURT and other forums.How to apply?
