International Human Rights Instruments and Organizations

Introduction

As said by the United Nations “ Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more.”

The human rights have been considered to be of utmost importance along with the idea of providing everyone with equal power, respect and privileges which can never be taken away from them as well as inclusive of the idea of providing the benefits to each and every person alive. The human rights have played an important role in terms of reducing the suffrages and the differences between African American and White-skinned Americans, Latin American with the Europeans, Indonesians along with the Japanese and various institutions that have taken into the cognizance which are in near future responsible for the benefits and creation of egalitarian society.

However, to ensure the fulfillment of the fundamental rights, it is not always possible to make sure that the rights that have been provided as there are various situations of violations of fundamental rights that have taken place and sufficiently the UN is not able to control the overall functioning as well as the rules laid down in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. So accordingly, there have been various instruments that have been created which play an important role in the establishment of the institutions that have a greater influence on human rights by introducing policies which can be used to provide for greater benefits accordingly.

The commission deals with those issues that indulge with the grave violation of fundamental rights and also take cognisance of the idea of the creation of various reforms all around the world with considering the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the temple and the fundamental element.

Conclusion

Over the years, these treaties and organizations have played an important role in providing various guidelines fundamentally to increase the belief and the philosophy and recognition of fundamental rights. However, the success rate entirely depends upon the idea of acceptance and power to influence over the various countries that are party to these instruments and organizations. Thus, the idea of these treaties and organizations are a great step towards ensuring a better society and a possibility to work properly together, however, much more needs to be done to establish a proper society and create a better atmosphere for everyone.
